Position: Technician, General Facilities Maintenance  Journeyman Electrician
Walmart Stores - Up to $35.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines;
Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; observes and documents signs of wear and tear; gathers capital expense information; recommends repair needs to eliminate ongoing and future repairs;
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; coordinates and executes work assignments; provides advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality;
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing and providing required written and electronic information; ordering parts and replacement equipment and tracking orders; recording purchases and usage; submitting warranty claims
