Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling/disposal, and reporting unsafe situations;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals and tools;
Ensure a safe and clean environment by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store properly, and place orders to replenish supplies;
Contribute to a positive member experience by ensuring a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors.
