Job type: Full-time, Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Covington
We have a client who is looking for an experienced Custodian. If you take pride in a clean, safe work environment and have commercial cleaning experience, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning and maintenance throughout assigned buildings
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
- Clean up spills and maintain safe walkways
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Keep cleaning equipment clean and in working condition
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience
- Experience stripping and maintaining floors
- Comfortable using standard cleaning equipment and tools
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical/supply use
- Able to wear required PPE
- Willingness to learn CMMS-computerized maintenance system
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen, is required.
