Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth, RI. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:
- Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
- Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
- Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
- Updating the Yardi mobile app and keeping the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager informed of work order status.
The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
