Bilingual Janitor Supervisor-1st Shift

6:00am–2:30pm, M-F | $20.00/HR Pro Resources is currently hiring a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor for a local cleaning company that provides professional janitorial services for a manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while helping keep the cleaning team running smoothly.

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, and break rooms
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Oversee and support the janitorial team, ensuring assigned areas are completed to standard
• Cover shifts or pick up additional duties when team members call in
• Track and submit employee hours/payroll information accurately and on time
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workload distribution among staff
• Serve as point of contact for the team and communicate any issues to management
• Help train new janitorial associates on procedures and expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in janitorial/custodial services preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous standing, bending, twisting, and walking throughout an 8-hour shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including covering shifts when needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
