Perform a variety of maintenance, custodial and repair work including carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work and equipment maintenance for lodging operations;
Replace light bulbs, light fixtures, and electrical outlets to meet Air Force regulations;
Inspect and repair furniture, drapery rods, blinds, shelving and fixtures; perform minor sheetrock patching and painting;
Maintain and repair small appliances and tools; troubleshoot heating/cooling systems and appliances as needed;
Polices and inspects exterior areas of lodging facilities and grounds; perform groundskeeping tasks and window washing as required
