Healy Construction Services is growing and looking for an experienced Retail Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Since 1988, Healy has specialized in retail tenant improvements, open-store remodels, ground-up construction, and turnkey commercial projects for nationally recognized brands including Target, 7
Brew, JD Sports, Foot Locker, Ulta Beauty, H&M, Bob's Discount Furniture, and many other leading retailers.
We're looking for a proven retail construction professional with experience managing tenant improvements, open-store remodels, and ground-up projects for national retail brands.
Our Project Managers don't simply manage projects. They own them from estimating through closeout, working directly with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver successful projects while building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage projects from estimating and buyout through closeout.
- Prepare estimates, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyouts.
- Lead project execution with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
- Experience managing tenant improvements, open-store remodels, and/or ground-up projects for national retail brands.
- Estimating experience required.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Own your projects from estimating through closeout.
- Work with some of the country's most recognized retail brands.
