$1,650 per week | 2025–2026 School Year

• Location: Crestwood, IL (multiple nearby school sites).
• Schedule: Full-time school hours - 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.
• Setting: School-based (K–12).
• Role Type: OT.
• Caseload, mileage expectations, and school placements discussed prior to offer to ensure a great fit.
• Weekly Pay: $1,650.

• Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional and academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel between assigned school buildings as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Illinois OT License (OTR/L)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Comfortable floating between multiple school sites.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements.
