Job Summary:
The paraprofessional relieves a certified teacher of various tasks and assists with instructional and other types of activities under the direction of the teacher
Qualifications:
Hold a valid, registered Illinois Professional Educators License with Paraprofessional endorsement;
Experience working with students with behavior/emotional disabilities, multiple disabilities, deaf and hard of hearing, and/or autism preferred, but not required
Salary Information:
Salary Range: $23,462 - $32,369 (+ longevity)-commensurate with experience(FY27 increases TBD)
