What You'll Do

You'll make a lasting difference every single day by:

• Helping students reach individualized goals—and celebrating every step forward
• Creating a classroom where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged
• Implementing IEPs with intention and care
• Using specialized strategies to support complex sensory, behavioral, and communication needs
• Leading and collaborating with paraprofessionals to create a strong, supportive classroom team

Position Details

Schedule Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM–3:15 PM Includes a 6-week Extended School Year program (built into salary)

Salary $67,739–$90,699 (based on experience and education) $2,500 sign-on bonus

What is needed

• LBS1 certification (or nearing completion by summer)
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) (or nearing completion by summer)
