As an RN or LPN, you will join a dedicated nursing team, provide compassionate care to residents, work side by side with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients in achieving their clinical goals.

• Provide quality clinical care to residents.
• Assist patients in achieving clinical goals.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform nursing documentation using electronic medical records.

• RN or LPN license in IL.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility preferred.
• Experience or desire to work with a behavioral population.
• New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC) is helpful.
