School Bus Driver

We are looking for Part‑time School Bus Drivers to pick up and safely transport students during the school day.

• Hourly Rate: $24.50 per hour.
• Training Rate: $17.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $2000.00 (conditions apply, see location for details). Bonus effective 12/30/2026.
• Commercial Learner’s Permit and Commercial Driver’s License training provided.

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff and dispatch regarding student behavior or delays.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer‑service skills.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Strong interest in working with students.
• Looking for a part‑time schedule with summers off.
• Preferred:
  Valid Class B license.
• Experience with rideshare, taxi, teaching, CDL driving, social work, hospitality, or customer service/retail.

• Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training provided.

Position is subject to DOT drug testing (Schedule I substances prohibited). DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 applies.
