We are looking for Part‑time School Bus Drivers to pick up and safely transport students during the school day.
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $24.50 per hour.
- Training Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Sign‑on bonus: $2000.00 (conditions apply, see location for details). Bonus effective 12/30/2026.
- Commercial Learner’s Permit and Commercial Driver’s License training provided.

- Guaranteed minimum hours.
- Flexible split‑shift schedule, weekdays only. No nights, weekends, holidays or summer required.
- Career advancement in operations, maintenance, management and leadership.
- Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
- Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
- Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
- Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
- Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Communicate with parents, school staff and dispatch regarding student behavior or delays.
- Demonstrate leadership and customer‑service skills.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
- Strong interest in working with students.
- Looking for a part‑time schedule with summers off.
- Preferred:
Valid Class B license. - Experience with rideshare, taxi, teaching, CDL driving, social work, hospitality, or customer service/retail.
- Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training provided.
- Commercial Learner’s Permit bonus available (conditions apply, see location for details). Bonus effective 10/30/2026.
Position is subject to DOT drug testing (Schedule I substances prohibited). DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 applies.
