Part-Time Property & Maintenance Help Wanted – Crossville, TN
Looking for a hard-working, dependable individual for part-time property maintenance work on a large private rural property in the Crossville area.
Schedule:
2-3days per week, 10 AM – 4 PM
Pay:
Starting at $20/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn care – mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing
- Trail maintenance and clearing
- Tree cutting and brush/debris removal
- General property upkeep
- Basic handyman tasks as needed
- Short-term rental property support
Preferred experience:
- Construction or landscaping background
- Operating tractors, skid steers, chainsaws, and other power equipment
Requirements:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and shows up on time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Applicant must be extremely hard working, honest, reliable, organized and pay attention to detail.
