Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years experience in painting or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Perform any maintenance tasks required to maintain the safe and healthy conditions of the building and associated equipment.
• Communicate daily to the High School Maintenance Foreman to provide status reports on the operations, needs, recommendations, and related matters.
• Requisition s all supplies necessary to properly perform the duties of the position.
• Fulfills work orders for painting or trimming around the district.
• Must be able to work on ladders or scaffolds.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
