As a Painter/Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and nurturing environment for our residents.

• Paint and finish surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture, to a high standard
• Conduct thorough preparations, including sanding, patching, and priming, to ensure a smooth and even finish
• Work safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless maintenance and upkeep of the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
