POSITION SUMMARY:
The Custodial Technician plays a vital role in supporting the YMCA's mission by ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities that foster a positive and welcoming environment for all members, staff, and guests. This hands-on position incorporates custodial services and light facility maintenance. This position requires the operation and transport of specialized cleaning equipment across multiple YMCA branches. The Custodial Technician upholds high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member service while working independently and as part of a team.
In addition to daily custodial duties, this role provides leadership support within the custodial team and contributes to a culture of excellence, efficiency, and community care.
