Maintenance Technician, Nights

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment to maximize reliability, efficiency, and equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, controls, and PLC-related issues to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Partner with Production and Maintenance teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize equipment performance, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Complete routine facility maintenance, building repairs, work orders, and exterior maintenance as needed.
• Support equipment installations, process improvements, contractor coordination, and projects that enhance manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical guidance to machine operators and assist with troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with power tools and industrial equipment.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably FIXX.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.
