Maintenance Manager
My client is a leading manufacturing company that is actively growing. They are looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Manager who is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Potential bonus up to $120,000.
Duties- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance programs.
- Track maintenance KPIs and use them to develop improvement plans and key focus areas.
- Participate in daily operations management processes to ensure business goals are met.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage the maintenance of the facility for approximately 150 employees in a 24-hour operation.
- Focus on driving improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery.
- Responsible for the health and performance of all facility assets and systems.
- Plan and oversee equipment repair and installation activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BS/BA in industrial management or facility management is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role; minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience planning maintenance operations and solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment and ability to track and report on activity.
- HVAC license preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Hands‑on experience with Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
