Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing Company

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

We are a leading manufacturing company actively growing and are looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Manager. The manager will oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our facilities and equipment to ensure they support our business operations.

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance programs.
• Track maintenance KPIs and use them to develop improvement plans and key focus areas.
• Participate in daily operations management processes to ensure business goals are met.
• Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance of the facility for approximately 150+ employees in a 24‑hour operation.
• Focus on driving improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Responsible for the health and performance of all facility assets and systems.
• Plan and oversee equipment repair and installation activities.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational school degree or BS/BA in industrial management or facility management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role in manufacturing.
• Experience planning maintenance operations and solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment and ability to track and report activity.
• HVAC license preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, TPM, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Compensation up to $120,000 plus bonus.
