Camfil Crystal Lake plant seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment. Lead a hands-on team, develop preventive maintenance programs, and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements to support operations.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will train staff, manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while applying Lean/ TPM methods to optimize processes.
