BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL! If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we'd love to hear from you.

This part-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and creating a positive experience for residents and visitors.

As a Janitor, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a residential community. Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning apartment units that are scheduled for new resident move-ins
• Sweeping and mopping hallways, entryways, and other common areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing community bathrooms
• Dusting common areas, offices, and shared spaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance concerns to management
• Assisting with additional cleaning duties as assigned

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
