Your mission will be the driving force behind all building and equipment maintenance, ensuring production lines run at full throttle with minimal interruption. Your leadership will develop bold strategies to slash mechanical downtime and elevate operational efficiency. You'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge systems—Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance—turning our maintenance operations into a seamless, well-oiled machine.
You will:
- Lead root cause analysis and reliability initiatives to keep the plant running at maximum capacity.
- Schedule work, reduce unscheduled downtime, and boost efficiency—minimizing disruption while controlling costs.
- Inspire and guide a team of Maintenance Supervisors through effective delegation, planning, and organization.
- Champion plant safety, enforcing policies and fostering a culture that meets federal, state, and company standards.
- Partner with the Plant Engineer to design and manage a top-tier Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program using the SAP PM Module.
- Analyze KPIs—from equipment reliability to overall effectiveness—and lead continuous improvement across the maintenance function.
- Serve as the go-to problem solver for day-to operational challenges, providing quick, effective solutions that prevent recurring issues.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing PM/PdM programs, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance data and drive process improvements.
- A leadership style that combines accountability with mentorship, ensuring your team executes with precision and safety.
