Venza Care is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a diligent, proactive Maintenance Assistant to join our team at The Sanctuary at the Woodlands. In this role, you’ll assist with maintaining our facilities, ensuring that our residents live in a safe and well-maintained environment.

Assist in routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs.Perform minor repairs, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in resolving emergency situations.Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for and complete renovation projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.Drive patients to and from appointments, outpatient programs, or upon discharge, using facility vehicleEnsure transportation is conducted safely, compassionately, and on timeCollaborate with the nursing, outpatient, and discharge teams to coordinate pickups and drop-offsQualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.Good communication abilities and physical stamina.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredReady to make a difference?
