SummaryThe purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful completion of facility needs.
Responsibilities- Maintain all facility items, including furniture, fixtures, office equipment, air conditioning/heating, lighting, and machinery
- Monitor the performance of contractors when needed to ensure all work is carried out to the required standards
- Perform various semi-skilled tasks of day-to-day repairs and maintenance
- Work with Executive Liaison to coordinate employee desk relocations, hanging décor/equipment, and furniture reconfigurations
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Assist in the installation of new facilities, equipment, and systems
- Respond to emergency facility maintenance requests timely and escalat es as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs (CMMS-Fiix)
- Deliver and pick up equipment/furniture as needed
- Complete administrative functions as requested by management
- Keep all work areas clean and perform additional cleaning tasks when needed for special visits
- Perform minor carpentry, repair dry wall interiors, painting, and plumbing maintenance
- Perform regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Other duties as required
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Activities cover a wide range of services, requiring responsiveness and the ability to establish priorities and manage a variety of activities at the same time
Ability to work under tight deadlines and switch quickly and comfortably between projects as determined by supervisor, clients or other circumstances
Ability to work effectively with other team members and maintain positive morale and a sense of teamwork
Abilities- Able to perform job duties according to RWC safety standards
- Basic electrical knowledge and lockout tagout procedures
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- General knowledge of HVAC in an industrial plant environment
- The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with the help of another employee.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
