* The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

** Pay: $21.95 per hour**  - The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on

applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 5:30 pm to 2:00 am

Essential Functions - Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems - Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities - Porter must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and supervisors. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and understanding) should be at a level of at least 50%, or as required to safely and effectively perform job duties.
