Janitorial Service Provider

Service Master Cleaning Specialists is currently hiring for a part-time, evening janitorial service provider in Cumberland, MD. The position would entail cleaning a financial institution on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings after the business is closed. The cleaning typically takes approximately 3 hours to complete Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & 5 hours to complete on Friday.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Damp-wiping and sanitizing flat surfaces, furniture, shelves, etc.
• Emptying trash receptacles / replacing liners
• Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms
• Vacuuming carpeted surfaces
• Sweeping and damp-mopping hard floor surfaces
• Cleaning interior windows / ledges / blinds
• High/low dusting

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive to each location independently
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
