Alpha Hire is seeking a skilled Vinyl Wrap Application Specialist to join a fast-growing signage and graphics team in White, GA
. This hands‑on role focuses on the expert installation of vinyl wraps on vehicles, signage, and a variety of substrates. The ideal candidate is precise, efficient, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional finishes that exceed customer expectations.

• Install vinyl graphics and full/partial wraps on cars, trucks, trailers, windows, walls, and signage
• Ensure proper panel alignment, trimming, edge sealing, and finish work per project specifications
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, performing minor disassembly, and ensuring proper adhesion conditions
• Maintain organized work areas, tools, and materials to support efficient workflow
• Collaborate with design and production teams to confirm measurements, print layouts, and installation details
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding timelines, project notes, and installation requirements
• Follow all safety, quality control, and material‑handling procedures

• Minimum 2 years of direct vinyl wrap installation experience (vehicle wraps, signage, architectural graphics, or similar)
• Proficiency with heat guns, squeegees, precision knives, and industry‑standard wrap tools
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to produce clean, bubble‑free applications
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or uneven surfaces as needed
• Team‑oriented, professional, and able to manage work in a production‑driven environment

• Experience with vehicle prep, panel removal, and post‑installation care
• Understanding of print file layouts, contour cut paths, and pre‑production setup
• Familiarity with Roland, Graphtec, or HP Latex equipment (a plus)
