Job Title:
Facility Maintenance Associate
Lou Sobh Honda/Kia is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the business day. This position plays an important role in ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no overnight work)
- Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Restock restroom and coffee station supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed
- Empty trash throughout the dealership
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Monitor facility cleanliness during business hours and address needs promptly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
This position focuses on maintaining the dealership during daytime business hours.
