The Contents Technicianperformsthepack -out,cleaning,inventory,storage,andpack-backofcustomerbelongings,ensuringcarefulhandling,accurate documentation,andqualityresults.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- CompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,performingproductionworkandcompletingjobdocumentation.
- Perform pack-out,inventory,cleaning,storage,andpack-backofcustomerbelongings.
- Carefully handle,label,photograph,anddocumentcustomercontentstopreventlossordamage.
- Cleanandrestorecontentsusingapprovedmethods,products,andspecialtyequipment.
- Load,inventory,andmaintainworkvehicleswithtools,equipment,andsuppliesforeachproject.
- Prepareroomsandareasforworkactivities;setupstagingareasandequipmentforeachproject.
- Effectivelycommunicatesafetyhazards,jobsitefindings,and equipment/toolrequirementstosupervisors.
- Communicatewithmanagementandothertechnicianstomaintainefficientproductionprocesses.
- Workasateamtoprovidequalityandefficientworkandperformproductionprocessesasdirected.
- Perform end-of-dayandend-of-jobcleanupandbreakdown,leavingthejobsitecleanandorderly.
- Resolveproblemsquicklyastheyariseandprovidecourteous,professionalcustomerservice.
- Cleanandmaintainvehicles,equipment,warehouse,andofficeareas.
- Learnanddeveloprestoration/contentsskillstoelevatetheSERVPRObrandandgrowwithinthecompany.
- Highschooldiploma/GED required.
- Previous contents,cleaning,orrestorationexperiencepreferred.
- IICRCcertificationsaplus.
- Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytofollowinstructions.
- Valid driver'slicensepreferred.
- Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.
Availableforweekendandafter-hourson-call rotation. - Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .
- Abilitytoregularlylift
50poundsandliftupto
100poundswithassistance. - Repetitive pushing,pulling,lifting,andcarryingofobjectsthroughouttheday.
- Walkingandstandingforlongperiods,aswellasdriving,sitting,and climbing.
- Abilitytoclimbladdersandworkatceilingheights.
- Abilitytoworkintightspaces(e.g.,crawlspacesunderbuildingsandattics).
- Exposuretochemicals,fumes,airborne particles,andloudnoise.
- Occasionalexposuretoextremeconditionssuchasheat,cold,andnoxiousodors.
- Requiredtooccasionallyweararespiratorandotherpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).
- Physicalstaminaandmanualdexteritytoperformdemandingtasksthroughouttheday.
- Full-Time,upto
40hoursperweek. - On-Call
Salary
:$18-$22/hour,pending experience.
