Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

About the Role

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available at Weinstein Properties, a family‑owned real‑estate company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. The role is located at Bexley Westshore – Cumming, GA, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Hourly starting at $17/hr with quarterly bonuses. Eligible for a $1,000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

• Clean common areas, offices, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Maintain the coffee station and stock supplies.
• Clean vacant and model units, completing freshen‑in tasks to prepare homes for residents.
• Perform recurring daily housekeeping duties such as cleaning the clubhouse.
• Assist with other physically demanding duties as needed.

• Attention to detail – notices issues proactively and maintains a clean, well‑kept appearance.

• Positive attitude & pride in work – takes pride in maintaining the property and enhancing community appearance.
• Adaptable & versatile – willing to take on various responsibilities and support maintenance.

The position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The individual must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
