Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Apartment communities run on first impressions. A prospective resident walking into a leasing office or model home decides fast. The housekeeper is the person who makes sure that moment lands right. At Bexley Westshore in Cumming, GA, Weinstein Properties is hiring for exactly that role.

Weinstein Properties is family-owned and has been managing apartment communities for over 70 years. They own and operate more than 60 communities across five states. That scale matters here because it means real infrastructure: training, benefits, and a defined path if you want to grow.

This is a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM position. No nights, no weekends. Your day runs across the community: cleaning and resetting leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other amenity spaces. You'll also clean and prep vacant apartments and model homes, restock coffee stations, and do touch-up work on move-in ready units.

A straight-up preview: the work is physical and repetitive. You'll spend most of the day on your feet, walking the property, bending, lifting, and cleaning. Some tasks are less glamorous than others. That's the honest version of the role.

What separates the people who thrive here from those who don't is attention to detail and self-direction. Nobody follows you around. You need to spot what needs attention, handle it, and keep moving through your list without being told twice.

Starting pay is $17/hour, with higher starting rates available depending on experience. On top of base pay:
