Wearescalingandweneedsomeonewhocanstepin,ownaroute,andgrowintoa
LeadTechnicianrolemanagingtheirownteam.
- Serviceadedicatedrouteofresidentialpoolsacross North Georgia
- Performweeklypoolmaintenancetoapremiumstandardincludingskimming,brushing,vacuuming,chemical balancing,andbasketcleaning
- Deliveroutstandingcustomerservicethatdrives5-starreviewsandreferrals
- Keepyourvehicleorganizedandstockedwithcompany-providedchemicalsandtools
Mostpoolcompaniesofferyouarouteandthatisit.
Wearebuildingsomethingbigger,andwewantyoutogrowwithus.
- Phase1-Route Ownership:
Youtakeoverafullrouteandproveyoucandeliverpremiumserviceconsistently. - Phase2-Lead Technician Promotion :
Onceyouhavedemonstratedreliability,quality,and leadership,youstepintoa
LeadTechroleoverseeingateamoftechnicians. - Phase3-Override Compensation:
Asa Lead Technician ,youearnoverridepayoneveryrouteyourteamservices,ontopofyourbasepay.
Themoreyourteamgrows,themoreyouearn.
- Someonewhotakesprideintheirworkandholdsthemselvestoahigherstandardthantheaveragepooltech
- Strongcommunicationskills.
Youwillinteractwithhomeownersinaffluentneighborhoods. - Leadership potential.
Youdon'tjustdothework,youthinkabouthowtodoitbetterandcanteachothers. - Reliableandpunctual.
Showingupontimeeverydayisnon-negotiable. - Musthaveyourownreliablevehicle(willreimbursegas)
- Valid driver'slicensewithacleandrivingrecord
- Startingpayof $20-$28/hrbasedonexperienceandskilllevel
- Alltools,chemicals,andequipmentprovided
- Skimmersoftwareforrouting,service logging,andcustomercommunication
- Acompanythatisactuallygrowing,withrealadvancementopportunitiestiedtorealmoney
- Monday through Saturday schedule,7AMto5PM
- Yourownreliablevehicle(required)
- Valid driver'slicensewithacleandrivingrecord
- Abilitytolift
