TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is a cleaning company that has operating extensively in the market for over 15 years, in clinics, banks, condominiums, offices, buildings, churches, schools, etc.
We are looking for a very reliable, responsible, committed, punctual, responsive person in communications and a dedicated person who provides quality service and is committed to their responsibilities to clean in Cumming GA
Responsibilities:- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
The employee must always be in uniform and by the company's dress code.
The employee must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents of the apartment complex.
The employee must have at least basic English.
Job Type: Part time
