For housekeepers who are available on an as‑needed basis

Looking for a housekeeper for townhome in CypressHi, we are looking for a house keeper for a 3 bed 1.5 bath town home. We usually only need 1-2 bedrooms cleaned but we need some help with the common area which probably total 1,000 sqft. We'd also love some help with chores like laundry and dishes. We offer $20/hr if we provide cleaning suppliers and $25/ hr if you have your own.
- Dust:
Surfaces, furniture, shelves, baseboards, and ceiling corners (cobwebs). - Floors:
Vacuum carpets/rugs; sweep and mop hard
- Clean and maintain all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen to a high standard
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and
- Need someone to help pick up around the house 2x a week, fold laundry, wipe down counters, vacuum
