Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds;
Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, equipment, and vehicles;
Repair wall and/or floor coverings; repair furniture and fixtures; perform basic plumbing work; perform minor electrical repairs; repair appliances;
Paint and refurbish projects; maintain heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance;
Respond to emergency calls and on-call duties as needed
