Service Technician (Lease Up) - Broadstone Creekside

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to policies and safety standards;
Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list of maintenance work, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Follow procedures to access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department, track used inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Document and file service requests in a timely and accurate manner for tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks; support cost-control by repair rather than replacement when possible
