Description

Maintain maintenance operations for facilities, equipment, and vehicles. Preventive maintenance and repairs, ensures safety compliance, and maintains assets in reliable operating condition.

( Weekday training will be provided for roughly two weeks prior to the transition. )

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues.
• Track equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics.
• Participate in management and safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures, shop drawings, and equipment schematics.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check, drug screen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, or motor repair preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and delegation skills.
• Comfortable performing electrical work and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and temperature extremes.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Effective communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Facilities: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, networking, and general building repairs.
• Manufacturing Equipment: CNC, welding, metal and FRP fabrication equipment.
• Construction Equipment:
  Excavators, skid steers, hydraulic and engine systems.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  Response planning and drills.
• Property Maintenance:
  Building, grounds, and infrastructure maintenance coordination.
