This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Manager at RPM Living, located in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, assist in coordinating and managing maintenance staff, and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role includes managing work orders, inspecting property and equipment, assisting with resident service requests, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• Experience with Maintenance Management, Maintenance and Repair, and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and ensuring optimal equipment functionality
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and support maintenance teams effectively
• Understanding of safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a collaborative, resident-focused environment
• Technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in property management or multifamily housing is preferred
