Location: Various U.S. locations | Travel: Up to 50% (regional, occasional overnight) | Shift: Day shifts, Monday-Friday (with flexibility depending on client projects)

- Work directly at customer sites on a variety of IT asset projects
- Perform white-glove packing of IT assets
- Audit and scan project paperwork for accuracy
- Assist CDL drivers with truck maintenance and other tasks
- Communicate project progress and challenges to the Team Lead
- Receive training on:
- Hard drive erasures
- Data center decommissioning
- Shred and logistics projects
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive to and from customer locations to retrieve and deliver shipments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with experience on laptops, desktops, iPads/tablets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team player with positive, adaptable attitude
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
- Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Teams
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
