Groundskeeper - Ridge Parc

Position Summary

The Groundskeeper is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the property's interior and exterior buildings and grounds. The groundskeeper may assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture, unloading/storing supplies, assisting with pool maintenance, and performing pressure washing. The role may require participation in an on‑call rotation, including evenings and weekends.

• Clean up trash from around the property dumpsters or trash chutes, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance.
• Clean the pool area and arrange pool furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the leasing office and all amenity and common areas (grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas). Perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs and replacement of lights.
• Complete trash out of vacated apartments as directed and prepare units for make‑ready. Perform carpet repairs and clean and shampoo carpet as needed.
• Carry out minor repairs to walls, doors, wood trim, closets, and cabinets and prepare them for painting.
• Report major repair or cleaning problems to management (e.g., HVAC, large sheet‑rock damage).
• Re‑key master locks and make keys available for leasing prior to move‑in.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team; ability to take direction and work independently.
• Previous groundskeeper or porter experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, make‑ready of units (trash out, cleaning & painting), housekeeping, and cleaning tasks.
