Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position: Full Time Housekeeper
Buckner Retirement Services - 8301 North Central Expressway - Responsibilities:
Cleans and services rooms, baths, and offices; dusts furniture and equipment; cleans windows, window sills, light globes; empties trash baskets and removes trash; cleans and polishes bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar items; replenishes supplies of soap and towels.;
Cleans, mops, and treats floors; vacuums carpet; shampoos carpet as directed.;
Moves furniture as needed in accordance with safety policies and procedures; makes minor repairs and adjustments; replaces light bulbs; repairs clogged sinks, commodes, or drains.;
Assists dietary unit as needed with set ups, clean up, policing spills during meals, etc.;
Reports issues of department equipment when not in good working condition; detects and reports hazardous conditions that may cause accidents or injuries.
