Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team in Farmers Branch, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
* Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
* Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
* Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
* Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous custodial or janitorial experience required
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
* Attention to detail and a positive attitude
