- Ensure property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
- Assist in lawn and landscape maintenance, including repair or adjustment of sprinklers.
- Remove snow from walkways in a timely manner.
- Assist maintenance team members with apartment make‑readies, including painting and touch‑up.
- Deliver superior customer service and exemplify professionalism at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation required.
Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is approximate; actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and related factors. The pay does not include additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
- Substantial discount on rent (standard 20%; 35% for on‑call team members; 40% after 3 years of service).
- Shoe stipend – up to $125 reimbursed twice per year.
- Uniforms provided – new uniforms ordered twice per year.
- On‑call bonus (if applicable) – $100 per week of scheduled on‑call duty.
- Quarterly service bonus – up to 6% of salary based on performance.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) program – 15 days per year for full‑time employees.
