Porter - LaborerWE ARE HIRING! JOIN OUR TEAM!!!!
We are seeking candidates for Porter/General Laborer to work at The Biltmore Apartments in the North Dallas area.
General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following:
- Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pick-up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.
- Assist Maintenance with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.
- May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.
- Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.
- May be required to operate small power tools.
Candidates should be able to lift 50-75 lbs
Able to climb stairs and ladders
Reliable transportation to/from work - driver's license preferred
Working conditions include exposure to weather.
