Warehouse Janitorial Associate / Cleaning Crew Member

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a full-time, permanent warehouse janitorial associate to maintain clean, efficient, and welcoming spaces across the facility. The role involves cleaning restrooms, break areas, office areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, ensuring walkways are tidy, cleaning totes, performing deep cleaning as needed, and following all safety and quality standards.

Work schedule:

Days, nights and weekends vary.

Shifts:

5 pm – 4 am, Wednesday to Saturday. Starting pay: $10.00 per hour.

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensuring walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing some deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets/documents (generally in English; may be in Spanish where required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual tasks such as picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Use of KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software (download and use on personal mobile devices); cell phone reimbursement available
