Interface with maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects.

• Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
• Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well with all levels of employees and managers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Ability to perform job with minimal supervision.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a MUST).
• Minimum of 2 years managing janitorial operation and experience in a service/customer‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility with hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic methods, materials, tools and equipment used in custodial work and routine maintenance.
• Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Principles of training and providing work direction.
• Use cleaning materials, equipment and methods according to predetermined standards.
• Walk, bend, lift, push and stand for extended periods of time.
• Work cooperatively with others.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity and environment.

  • Simple grasping.
  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
  • Fine manipulation.
  • Pushing.
  • Pulling.
  • Reaching (above and or below shoulder level with hands and arms).
  • Keyboarding with both hands.
  • Lifting and carrying object(s) from floor, table, and shelves over head or distance.
  • Working around equipment and machinery.
  • Walking on uneven ground.
  • Exposure to noise.
  • Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, cleaning products and noise.
  • Working at heights.
  • Working with biohazards such as:
    • Blood borne pathogens.
    • Sewage.
    • Hospital waste and others.
  • Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Indoor/out‑door work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
