Position:
Porter/Groundskeeper (Full‑time, 40 hours per week)
Location:
Lakeview at Parkside, 3950 Spring Valley Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244.
Hourly Pay: $16 – $18 per hour.
Responsibilities- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Perform general grounds care and pick‑up trash
- Work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Bilingual (any language) is a plus
- Understand company policies
