Preston Heights Apartments in Far North Dallas has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Technician. This position will perform various duties necessary to maintaining and enhancing the value of our property.
Duties- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification is a HUGE PLUS
