As a Kitchen Mechanic, you are responsible for the reliable operation of the hotel's kitchen equipment and machinery, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

• Keep kitchen equipment running smoothly:
  Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond to service requests:
  Quickly handle team member work orders, repairing equipment and machinery as needed.
• Document maintenance activities:
  Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
