A Bit About You
* Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
* Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
* Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
* Perform light maintenance
* Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
A Bit About the Role
* Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
* Drywall repair
* Paint touch-up
* Door and lock changes
* Light plumbing and electrical
* Other duties as assigned
